大家下午好!我是来自14机电8班的金暘.

今天我所演讲的题目是《匠心筑梦，我们一直在努力!》

一个人对平凡工作严谨专注，对本职工作精益求精，这 便是“匠心”。有了这份执着，就有可能成为行业的佼佼者。 “最美职工”耿家盛，是一名车工，他的工作，就是根据各种需要，加工精密零件。三十年如一日，耿家盛用执着诠释着“工匠精神”。“我只是坚持把一件普通的事情努力做好而已”，他道出的，正是“名匠”的炼成之法。

将一门技术掌握到炉火纯青绝非易事，但工匠精神的内涵远不限于此。看不起小事、耐不住寂寞的人，恐怕到头来一事无成;如果不付诸劳动，不脚踏实地，多美的梦想都是镜中花、水中月。

有人说，“没有一流的心性，就没有一流的技术”。的确，倘若没有发自肺腑、专心如一的热爱，怎有废寝忘食、尽心竭力的付出;没有臻于至善、超今冠古的追求，怎有出类拔萃、巧夺天工的卓越;没有冰心一片、物我两忘的境界，怎有雷打不动、脚踏实地的淡定。纪录片《大国工匠》的八位“手艺人” ，他们中间，有给火箭焊“心脏”的高凤林，有潜水机作“两丝”的顾秋亮，他们是匠之代表，国之柱石，他们的精湛技艺为世人叹服!在他们身上所体现的，有精雕细琢的生命哲学，也有超然达观的人生信念。

一个时代有一个时代的气质，我们的时代将以怎样的面貌被历史书写，取决于我们每个人的表现。工匠精神是手艺人的安身之本，也是我们的生命尊严所在;是企业的金色名片，也是社会品格、国家形象的荣耀写照。工匠精神并不以成功为目标，却足以为成功铺就通天大道。我们不必人人成为工匠，却可以人人成为工匠精神的践行者。

四大发明，我们的祖先为后辈很好的诠释了工匠精神，现如今身处科技时代的我们更要重拾“工匠精神”， 作为一名职中生，我们在学校就是要在方方面面秉持工匠精神，学习上，不放弃对每一问题的探究，生活上，被子叠的方方正正，卫生扫得干干净净，这些 都是工匠精神的具体体现。

同学们!朋友们!我们要本着一丝不苟的人生态度，踏踏实实的做人做事，将来，走向社会，我们必将是一名优秀的蓝领，卓越的工匠!

行动起来吧，让我们坚守工匠精神，铸就我们心中最美好的梦!

大家好！

今天我班国旗下演讲的题目为：匠心筑梦，文化强国。

在悠久的历史长河中，中华传统文化犹如一颗璀璨的明珠。上下五千年，中国一路风尘仆仆走来，脚下踩的是深厚的文化底蕴。从仁义礼智信到琴棋书画，中华文化以强大的生命力哺育、滋养着一代又一代的英才，为世界的发展做出了宝贵的贡献。弘扬传统文化，凝聚民族之魂，是我们每个中华儿女肩头的责任。

天津自古以来就是中国的历史文化名城，也是中国北方文化艺术的发祥地之一。多少古老的文化艺术、民间技艺，在这里滋长、传扬。产生于宋元时期的杨柳青年画仍古朴曲雅，受到千家万户的喜爱；民国年间独领风骚的“风筝魏”已凭借精巧的设计驰名国际；清末兴起的“泥人张”彩塑如今更加形神毕肖，蜚声四海……更有天津时调、天津快板、京韵大鼓等丰富多彩的艺术形式，仍在舞台上熠熠生辉。是那些传统文艺和民间技艺的传承人们，他们全情热爱，全神贯注，用心雕琢，用生命传唱。一生耕耘，一代代口手相传，将其发扬光大。

耐心专注、咫尺匠心，诠释极致追求；锲而不舍、身体力行，传承匠人精神。他们不一定是声名显赫的伟人，但必须是我们心中的榜样。

“文化兴则国运兴，文化强则民族强。”同学们，我们正值青春年少，前路等待着我们上下求索，五千年文明的华章等待着我们续写辉煌。在这个属于播种的年纪里，我们应饱读诗书，用传统文化中璀璨的精华充实自己的思想；同时，我们更应该认识到，传统文化不止在于书本，更在生活的每一个角落。了解传统民俗，继承中华美德，珍惜、呵护那些正在消亡的传统工艺……人人成为传统文化的守护者，将传统文化的种子播撒，使其在新时代焕发出新的光彩。

同学少年，风华正茂，让我们把大国工匠作为自己的榜样，接过文化传承的火把，为祖国文化的发展贡献自己的一份力量吧！因为，唯文化，得强民、强国、强世界。文化强国，薪火相传！

today our topic is: original culture makes the country powerful.

in our long chinese history, traditional culture is like a resplendent pearl. up to five thousand years, china came step by step with deep culture heritage underfoot. from wisdom and trust to music and art, chinese culture has made valuable contributions to the development of the world. traditional culture disseminating, is chinese people’s responsibility.

tianjin has been a famous cultural city in china since ancient time, and one of the hometowns of culture in northern china. ancient arts and culture have been here, to birth, to grow. many of them are still shining on the stage.

a powerful culture makes the country, and the ethnic powerful, the symphony of future, needs us to compose. in the days of our youth, we should fill our souls with essences of the ancient culture. meanwhile, we should also realize that, culture is in all parts of our lives. we ought to treasure the endangered folk arts. we shall all become guardians of traditional culture，and carry it forward.
