敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们以及对方辩友：

大家好!我们正方的的观点是“生活中可以有善意的谎言。”我们认为，谎言”之所以称为“谎言”，是因为它是虚假的、不真实的、骗人的话语。但是，今天，我们谈到的“谎言”，还有个定语——善意的，加上了这个限定词后，谎言的本质也就发生了根本的改变。“善意的谎言”是人们对事物寄托的美好愿望，是人们善良心灵的对白，是人们彼此之间相互安慰的一丝暖意，是人们心底里流露出来的一种柔情……谁也不会去追究它的可信程度，即使听到善意谎言的人明知道是谎话，也一样会去努力相信，不会觉得说谎者的虚伪，有时还要从心里感激呢。

善意的谎言是出于善良的动机，以维护他人利益为目的和出发点。众所周知，矛盾有普遍性和特殊性之分，特殊性包含与特殊性之中而区别于普遍性。就其善意的谎言本身的性质决定它并非恶益，而是建立在内心之诚，之善的基础上，在某种状态下“被逼”说出的谎言是善意的，这种谎言对主体来说是一种友善，一种关心。

就像这一单元的两篇课文《别饿坏了那匹马》和《唯一的听众》，你能说残疾青年和老教授都不讲诚信吗?你能说他们都是骗子吗?基础训练上有一则短文，写的是一个白血病小女孩在志愿者的帮助下，在学校里看“升旗”的故事，你能说这些志愿者们都是出于恶意吗?当一位身患绝症的病人，被医生判了死刑时，他的父母、爱人、子女以及所有的亲人，都不会直接地告诉他：“生命已无法挽救”，“最多还能在这个世界上活多久”之类的话。虽然这些都是实话，但是谁会那样残忍地如同法官宣判犯人死刑一样，向已经在病痛中的亲人以实情相告呢。这时，大家就会形成一个统一的战线，闭口不谈实情，而以善意的谎言来使病人对治疗充满希望，让病人在一个平和的心态中度过那残年余日。难道这会有碍于诚信吗!当贫穷的母亲把仅有的饭菜留给儿女，同时隐瞒了自己还饿着肚子的事实，难道您还要指责善良崇高的母爱“不诚信”吗?当然不会，与动机不良的谎言相比，善意的谎言会使人们的感情变的更融洽，和谐，生活变的更有滋有味，它可以巧妙的避免冲突，实现情感沟通和顺利交往，又怎样妨碍诚信了呢?

因此，我们更要学会辨别恶意的谎言，保护自己不受伤害;同时，提高自身修养，思考解决问题的最好方法。至于那些温馨的，让生活充满情趣的;至于那些充满仁慈，恻隐之心的谎言，就让它们绽放吧!
