大家好！

我是今年刚进入发改委的新公务员，我的名字叫××。今天能藉此机会见到各位领导和朋友们，非常高兴。在此我由衷地向大家表示尊敬和问候，大家，上午好！今天我演讲的题目是：“用理性构建和谐。”

大家知道社会上存在许多不和谐的现象，而许多不和谐的现象都是因为缺乏理性而造成的。前一时期，又一位女职员残忍地用尖尖的鞋跟踩在可爱的小猫头上，活活的把猫踩死，这件事激起公众极大愤慨，纷纷谴责这位女职员没有爱心，缺乏公德，在电视上看到这张小猫受虐的照片，我也感同身受，甚至是忍无可忍，这人怎么会如此的残忍呢？难道她不知道她在做什么吗！难道她回不知道那是一个可爱的生灵吗？！或是他她竟残忍地放纵自己可怕的行为吗？我们不仅要问她的理性何在呢？！其实，只要他理性一些就不会做出这么可怕的事情。

某大学生，研究生这些高级知识分子，曾被公认为社会的精英阿！如果说他们不能认识到自己行为的后果，不能对自己负责的话，那普通的女职员虐猫事件又能算得了什么呢！

某大学生，研究生曾是我们国家精心培养的人才，使我们社会给予的希望之所在。它们理应成为国家的栋梁，应该成为精神文明的垂范！可是，国家在教育它们智商提升的同时，他们的灵魂却污浊的如此可怕。那么我们教育的意义在哪儿呢教育的理性又何在呢！

诚然，以上事件发生后，在社会上引起了轩然大波，许多网友也疯狂跟帖，斥责这些人没有人性，更没理性，人们愤怒的把唾沫箭矢一样的射向他们，几乎使人窒息而死，却不曾关注他们何至于把悒郁的情绪发泄到生灵身上，这些人生活在扭曲的灵魂中又是多么的痛苦，我们又真该致他们于死地吗？

在国外有这样一个例子，一位母亲因为贫穷偷了食物给孩子吃，结果被起诉啦，法官的判决是这样的，他说：“这个女人因盗窃而有罪，判罚30美元。而我们的社会里却漠视这样一个母亲需要靠偷窃来养活儿女，在场的每个人都因为漠视而有罪，每人判罚一美元”。法官说完，摘下自己的帽子并第一个站了起来，掏出一美元放在桌子上，在场的每一个人都震惊啦，人们排起长队，交出了让每个人都终身难忘的一笔罚金。这种理性的判决令我感动，也令我梦肃然起敬，在惩处违法的同时，也*醒了世人，让社会恢复了理性，从根本上解决了问题，把原本不和谐的人们变回了和谐，把原本冷漠的人们变回了关爱与宽容。

春回大地，万物得以复苏，风调雨顺，万物得以葱茏。让我们理性对待他们吧。爱心，尊重，关注，宽容，用这样的理性对待身边的人和事，我们才会发现世界将会多么美好！
