大家晚上好！

很荣幸认识大家。我叫卢恩。卢武铉的卢，周恩来的恩。

本人和韩国前总统卢武铉有三大共同点，第一都是出身草根阶层，第二，虽然卢武铉和卢恩都不是名牌大学毕业，而是毕业于二流大学，但是我们都是自学成才。卢武铉毕业后自学通过司法考试后来担任法官律师直到总统。我靠自学考试获得报关员，国际商务师两张资格证书。我可能当不了总统，不过做1家小公司的president总裁，还是没问题的。第三，我和他的共同点，都姓卢。本人与伟大的周恩来总理至少有1个共同点，名字里面有个恩字。大家别小看这1个恩字，其实它浓缩了外贸和做人的精华，我会给大家详细论述。

我觉得学习外贸其实很简单，只要记住卢恩两个字就行了！

我们学习外贸的第二个目标是不是也为了房子？。为什么很多人要花大半辈子的时间买一套房子？为什么有些人生活那么辛苦，那么累，就是因为他的人生目标太低了。所以打工者按揭买房，一辈子就是一套房子。所以，这肯定不是我们要的生活。定位决定地位。思路决定出路。我们的目标应该是像邵逸夫一样，成功后，盖大楼，作为捐献给家乡母校的教学楼，大家说好不好？

所以，当你想到卢老师的时候，你就要时刻牢记学习外贸的伟大目标就是金饭碗加教学楼，只有伟大的目标才能促使你产生伟大的行动，大家说对吗？

学习外贸第二个字：是“恩”字。恩字其实是2个子组成，因为有心。有一些人经常说自己忙，中秋节也不给家里打电话，甚至连续几年春节都不回家，这种人是真的很忙吗？我认识他不是忙，而是他的心死亡了，中国的汉字就是这么神奇，如果一个人对父母没有孝心，对家人没有关心，那么他的最好借口就是忙了。

学习外贸的成功秘诀第二条：就是有心。什么叫外贸领域的五星上将？就是少一颗都不行。

第一颗心，就是要开心。开心也分2种境界，第一是要乐观积极，让自己开心。第二，对朋友打开心门，心底无私业务宽，摒除患得患失的心态，才能真正做好外贸。勇敢地表达自己的观点。虽然有句老话叫：是金子总会发光的。可是现在这个社会竞争太激烈，金子、钻石太多了，如果等着别人来发现，这个时间太漫长了。所以我们要勇敢地公开地把我们最好的产品告诉客户，这样才能让别人发现我们的光芒！

第二颗心，恒心。我们都知道外贸技能是练出来的，“冰冻三尺，非 ？”，“只要功夫深，什么磨成针？”所以，做好外贸需要不断地坚持练习，持之以恒，才能有所突破。一个1.5米高的老婆为什么能扇一个1.9米高丈夫的耳光，而且每次都打得很准？那是因为经常跳起来打，打得多了，持之以恒，熟能生巧。

第三颗心，虚心。每个人的知识面就好比一个圆圈，当你知道的越多，与未知世界的边界就越大，所以，虚心使人进步，虚心才能使前辈，客户或其他朋友更乐意把自己的成功经验分享给你，是不是这样啊？

第四颗心，就是要创新(心)，因为简单抄袭和模仿是不需要用心的，所以也就没有心（新）意，对不对？真正创新的东西，往往是实现了我们发自内心的想法，才算有心（新）意，值得被珍惜，对不对？当我们能够自如的陈述、表达自己的观点的时候，我们就要更进一步，勇于打破常规，推陈出新。老故事新说法，往往能让人耳目一新！沟通从心（新）开始！

第五颗心，就是爱心。热爱丢脸，你将从失败中学习更多，进步更快。热爱外贸，热爱你现在的工作，因为热爱是做好的老师，热爱促使你进步。另外，要爱你的老板，你的员工，你的股东，你的客户和你所有的朋友，当你真正去关爱他们的时候，你在事业上的成就是无法估量的。当你开始为某一个伟大的使命而不是金钱来工作的时候，你就已经迈向成功之路！
