在竞争激烈的就业市场中,一家好的用人单位门前常常会排着一个长长的求职队伍。等到终于可以和用人单位面对面的时候,一些毕业生往往仓促应战,不知道该如何同用人单位进行融洽的交流,也不擅于在和用人单位的交流中提出自己的要求。即便是用人单位给求职者一个提要求的机会,毕业生也往往因为准备不足而不知所措。不少毕业生还常为一些不恰当的提问或要求而被用人单位“亮红灯”。那么,毕业生该如何了解用人单位的招聘心理,并巧妙地从用人单位那里得到自己所关心问题的答案呢?
首先,我们需要从侧面对计划去应聘的单位做一些必要的了解。比如:这家单位的规模、效益、薪资水平以及为员工培训和发展所提供的空间等。这些信息一般都能从用人单位的招聘启事和它的宣传材料中得到答案。接下来,我们还需要分析一下用人单位的一些基本要求。
其实,用人单位最关心的无非是这么几个最基本的问题:一是你能否满足用人单位对所需人才专业水平的要求?这一点也是我们根据自身情况,看自己是否适合这家单位的重要标准。因为无论什么样的毕业生都不可能适合所有的用人单位,所以,毕业生应该事先确定自己的择业范围,使自己的专业或特长能与之相适应。这样才能在和用人单位的接触中,做到扬长避短。
二是你是否有为用人单位持续创造效益的能力和热情?这是用人单位非常关注的问题。他们不愿意看到单位辛辛苦苦选进的人才,工作不了多长时间就把主要精力放到诸如跳槽、歇产假等别的方面去。部分用人单位不愿招聘女生也常常是因为存在这方面的顾虑。对此,毕业生只要有针对性地向用人单位展现自己的奉献精神和工作才能,打消用人单位的顾虑,也还是可以顺利通过的。
另外,招聘人员的心理喜好也是决定是否录用应聘者的一个重要因素。一般用人单位不愿意接受或回答诸如:参加工作时的薪资水平、住房福利等问题。而且这类问题也常常没有太多的实际意义,因为即使用人单位为把你招聘进来而给出一个美丽的许诺,那也难免是一座海市蜃楼。更何况,通过其他渠道得到这类信息的往往更客观,不必因为这样的问题,把和用人单位的第一次亲密接触搞得太尴尬。
对用人单位有了基本的了解和分析之后,我们在和用人单位的接触中就更容易取得主动了。通常情况下,用人单位会给毕业生一个机会,让毕业生把自己最关心的问题或最希望对用人单位说的话提出来。这时,毕业生千万不要以为在这里提出的要求就一定能得到圆满的解决。因为用人单位设计这个环节的真正目的,一是为了了解毕业生对自身和企业发展的理解,二是想通过有意制造的一些棘手问题,来考察求职者的应变能力。因此,我们不妨“将计就计”,用下面的“两个发展”来应对:
1.关注用人单位的“发展”。一般企业都比较愿意谈起自己产品的种类和性能、产品的销售和更新,以及今后单位的拓展空间等等。我们可以顺着这个思路,引导企业的招聘人员把他们最想表达的信息介绍出来,在轻松和谐的交流中,把我们自己关心的一些敏感问题穿插在其中。这样,利用我们的交流技巧,既展现了自己的应变能力,也能从企业的介绍中找到一些不好单独提出的问题的答案。
2.关注个人在单位的“发展”。毕业生可以谈一些自己在应聘单位的发展理想,有意识地把自己的发展理想和企业的发展联系起来,并对企业给予实现自己这种理想的可能性表示关心。用人单位基于自身的发展,常会把应聘人员的理想高低和他在企业的努力程度成正比例考虑,也就是应聘人员在企业中的职业理想越高,对企业做出的贡献也越大。因此,用人单位一般都乐于对此类问题给予比较充分的回答。这种交流无疑会给我们的面试增加几分。上:教练员岗位英文简历模板
