1.中式如果中英文简历一起递交,建议中文不写政治面貌,因为如果去外企工作,背景中的政治色彩越少越好,起码没必要让老外知道。 性格是一个主观的东西,有经验的招聘人员从来不相信任何人自己写的性格,因为它不是一个硬性的东西,不象学历、技能。有些人如果认为要招聘一个比较活跃一点的,便会在简历中写性格开朗,有的是真相信自己性格开朗,有的是觉得写上开朗更好,其实没必要。身高体重,向外资求职时,就不必写了,因为属于特别隐私性的内容,写了显得不了解国外文化。

2.港式香港出版的简历书写技巧书籍中都要求写年龄、婚否,报纸的招聘广告中还要求求职者写上工资现状及预期工资,这些都属于隐私问题,美式简历则不要求提供这些信息。

3.英式很接近港式,但个人资料没有港式说得那么多,篇幅长但不详细,我们这里不做过多评论。

4.美式国际大公司中比较流行,一页纸,是我们重点参考的样式。美式简历书写格式也有十几种,有些书籍登载了上百种样本,但我们所介绍的式样是美国大公司中比较流行的,如华尔街的投资银行、大的咨询公司、工业公司、制造业公司、营销业公司等都采用这种式样;同时,我们也参考了三个名牌学校--哈佛商学院、沃顿商学院和哥伦比亚商学院的简历样本,式样大同小异,这里主要以哈佛商学院的为主。

1.招聘人员怎样鉴别简历? 写得好,当然要保留,如果其背景又是公司急需的, 可能马上就要见;写得不好的,就会丢掉,实际上,连看都不看。任何一个知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人递简历,如果写得太差,根本就不值得保留。因为这些公司认为,一个人连自己的简历都写不好,将来进了公司,对外行文质量不够;对内说件事情也说不清楚,公司肯定不要这样的人。大家经常说大公司的人训练有素,实际上这也是其中一方面。即使不进大公司,简历写得不好,也会显得不懂基本格式,没有智慧。

写好英文简历杀进著名外企

英文简历按照中文简历写,准会被人骂“傻瓜”。英文简历是进入外企的“敲门砖”,人家全凭你简历上寥寥数语判断你的能力,所以,你一定要写好了,不马虎。

一、千万别哆哆嗦嗦

语言简练。对于求职者来讲,目的明确、语言简练是其简历行之有效的基础。如在教育背景中写相关课程,不要为了拼凑篇幅,把所有的课程一股脑儿地都写上,如体育等。这样不会有效,别人也没耐心看。

二、千万别搞错顺序

包括求职者的姓名、性别、出生年月等,与中文简历大体一致。第二部分为教育背景(education),必须注意的是在英文简历中,求职者受教育的时间排列顺序与中文简历中的时间排列顺序正好相反,也就是说,是从求职者的最高教育层次(学历)写起,至于低至何时,则无一定之规,可根据个人实际情况安排。

三、切记把“技能”写清楚

在时间排列顺序上亦遵循由后至前这一规则,即从当前的工作岗位写起,直至求职者的第一个工作岗位为止。求职者要将所服务单位的名称,自身的职位、技能写清楚。把社会工作细节放在工作经历中,这样会填补工作经验少的缺陷,例如,您在做团支书、学生会主席等社会工作时组织过什么活动,联系过什么事,参与过什么都可以一一罗列。而作为大学生,雇主通常并不指望您在暑期工作期间会有什么惊天动地的成就。当然如果您有就更好了。

四、切记列举所获奖励和发表的作品

面试中的基本礼仪

一旦和用人单位约好面试时间后,一定要提前5-10分钟到达面试地点,这样不仅能显得自己很真诚,还让对方的信任感直接爆棚,同时也可调整自己的心态,作一些简单的仪表准备,让别人看起来舒服就好,以免仓促上阵,手忙脚乱。为了做到这一点,一定要牢记面试的时间地点,有条件的同学最好能提前去侦查一下,以免因一时找不到地方或途中延误而迟到。如果迟到了,肯定会让面试成绩大打折扣,甚至直接game over。 ?

对用人单位的问题要逐一回答——对方给你介绍情况时,要认真聆听。为了表示你已听懂并感兴趣,可以在适当的时候点头或适当提问、答话。回答主试者的问题,别和人家说方言,声音不能和打雷一样大也不能和蚊子一样小,答话要简练、完整。一般情况下不要打断用人单位的问话或抢问抢答,否则你这个人急躁、鲁莽、不礼貌的印象基本上就已经被人家确定了。问话完毕,听不懂时可要求重复。当不能回答某一问题时,应如实告诉用人单位,含糊其辞和胡吹乱侃什么的就不要出现了,只要一说出口,肯定马上面试结束。对重复的问题也要有耐心,不要表现出不耐烦。
