1、准时到达。面试当天早点动身。若去早了,还可以浏览一下你之前做过的笔记,做一做深呼吸等等。千万不要迟到,也不要匆匆忙忙冲进面试房间。否则,人家对你的评价就是——计划性很差。
2、反复调研。首先要从各个渠道收集该公司的信息。或浏览他们的网页,或阅读有关的各类报道,对其企业文化、经营哲学、财务状况等做到心中有数,并知晓该公司最近有何热点话题。其次还要争取对面试官姓甚名谁、在公司的职位和角色有所了解。如果面试当天你能熟练地称呼考官,并恰当地透露你对公司的了解和看法,想必会给面试官留下深刻的印象。
3、恰当着装。穿职业装就万无一失吗?no.不妨先了解他们的企业文化。不要背着背包去面试,可以考虑提一个公文包,公文包中再多备几份简历,并带好笔和记事本。这样,你就会既显得亲近,又不失职业风范。
4、利用材料。前不久,有新闻报道女大学生给面试官呈上漂亮的写真集,这种做法虽不可取,但一本能代表你以往业绩的作品集,能让你的能力显得有根有据。最后,面试结束之后,别忘了给面试官发一封电子邮件,以致谢意。
5、准备答案。以下问题在面试中常会遇到,你不妨提前备好答案:你怎么自己介绍?为什么对这个职位感兴趣?你的职业目标是什么?你的优点和缺点是什么?为什么你觉得自己能胜任这个工作?以前的同事是如何评价你的?为什么要辞去上一份的工作?

面试,简历很重要,那好的简历模板应该如何制作呢?
写简历之前,你得先站在用人单位的角度想一想:每个月支付工资招聘员工,目的是什么?搞清楚这个问题以后,写简历才能做到有的放矢。
一份合格的英文简历,应该用词准确、内容完整、条理清晰、简明扼要,不能拖泥带水,也不能过于简单。
首先,在英文简历上应该消灭错别字。要是用人单位发现你的简历上有错别字,你就会立刻被淘汰,没有任何机会。简历上的错别字对于求职者来说是致命的错误。
一般情况下,一份简历以一两页的篇幅为好。繁忙的人事主管往往会对超过两页的简历感到不耐烦。起草简历时,初稿可以长一点,把所有的有关内容都写上,然后进行删改,仔细推敲每一个词、每一块内容,把一些有用的内容留下来,用最简洁的语言表达出来。
写简历时要采取扬长避短的原则。英文简历里面的内容,应实事求是,决不能虚构。但这并不是说,在英文简历上你要把所有有关你的事情都写上去。英文简历的主要作用是让用人单位了解你胜任某项工作的资格,所以,与之无关的对自己不利的内容完全可以不在简历上出现。例如贴照片,应考虑应聘的工作要求以及自身条件来作恰当安排。有的工作,如公关、秘书,比较注重相貌,一般来说应当贴上照片;有的工作,如科研、设计等不太注重相貌,一般可以不贴照片;但是,如果你确实有漂亮的五官、探洒的风度,最好不要被埋没,应该在英文简历上贴上自己的近照。
简历的作用是推销自己,表现自己,你有什么特长,尽量在简历上表现出来,让用人单位发现你的价值。切忌过于谦卑,不好意思向别人陈述自己的优点和成绩。如果你不说清楚你能干什么,那又有谁会知道你是一个有用的人才呢?所以,在简历上,你不仅要例举你所干过的工作,更应该强调你能干某项工作的技能以及你所取得的成就和证书。

英文简历制作方法之工作经历
首先要强调一下,对于正在工作的人,experience应写在education的前面,而对于在校生education则应放在experience之前。 1)时间 ⅰ目前的工作要最先写,左侧写时间,如写成1998-present. ⅱ以前的工作,只写年份,如1993-1995.这样的写法主要适于以下三种情况:一是工作时间较早;二是工作时间在两年以上;三是旨在巧妙地拉长工作时间。例如,如果你曾于1997年12月到1998年1月就职于某家公司,虽然只有短短两个月,但写成1997-1998就显得工作时间较长,同时也没撒谎。 以前的工作,加上月份,如may, 1998或may 1998.这样的写法自然会显得精确一些,也投合银行 业雇主的口味。 ⅳ summer intern(夏期工作)的几种写法。一是直接写summer intern,不管职务职称;二是写成summer analyst,这种写法比较适合大学本科或研究生期间的暑期工作;三是写summer assistant,这种写法适合多种情况;四是写summer associate,这一写法专指mba学生的暑期工作。而且一般认为summer associate的级别会比summer analyst要高一些。 2)公司名 公司名称应大写加粗。若全称太复杂,可以写得稍微简单一些。有些公司的全称往往不为人知,但缩写名却尽人皆知。比如在中国就不是每个人都知道international business machine是什么公司,但bm的大名却是家喻户晓的。所以在中国,我们建议大家写ibm,因为许多外企人事经理都是中国人,这样写更顺眼也更顺口。而在美国,大家还是会写全称的。 3)地名 地名写法与education部分相同,这里就不再赘述。 4)职务与部门 ⅰ从公司名称之后的第二行开始写,如果想介绍公司情况,则职务与部门应写在公司简介之后。 ⅱ职务与部门应加粗,每个词的第一个字母要大写,如manager, finance department. 5)公司简介 ⅰ对于新公司、小公司或招聘公司不甚熟悉的某些行业的公司,为了保险起见都不妨介绍一两句,甚至对于那些业内知名的企业往往也不一定名声在外。求职者一般不会针对每家应聘的公司都量身定做一份专门的简历(tailor-made resume),目前可能只想在行业内跳一跳,但也不排除将来在别的行业发展的可能,所以不妨都略带提一下公司的简介。 ⅱ有些外国人可能对中国的公司不太知道,因此要介绍一下。千万不要觉得中国的公司很大,别人就一定知道,一不留神,就成了井底之蛙。例如,中国银行叫bank of china (boc)。在海外很多银行都知道中国银行,但不少人都误认为中国银行就是中国的中央银行。 ⅲ简介长度以两行为宜。只用一行易与别的内容相混,而三四行就显得比较累赘。 6)工作经历顺序 ⅰ倒序,这是非常流行的方式。 ⅱ技能类别,这主要是为了强调自己的某种技能,如翻译、电脑等。此外,对于那些工作经历有时间断层的人,如下岗、休产假等,不妨也可使用这种方法。但要注意,这种写法只适合技能性比较强的情况,其它可参考前面所提到的只写年的方法加以弥补。如果断层时间长达两三年,则一定要解释清楚,说明确切的原因,实事求是。越诚实越坦荡,越能给人好印象。 ⅲ两者结合,先按技能类别加以分类,再以倒序的方式一一列出。 7)工作内容 ⅰ要用点句(bullet point),避免用大段文字。 ⅱ点句的长度以一行为宜,最多不要超过两行;句数以三到五句为佳,最多不超过八句。 ⅲ点句以动词开始。目前的工作用一般现在时,以前工作用过去时 ⅳ主要职责与主要成就,初级工作以及开创性不强的工作把主要职责放在前面,而较高级或开创性较强的工作则应把主要成就写在前面。 ⅴ工作成就要数字化,精确化,避免使用many, a lot of, some, several等模糊的词汇,应尽量使用具体的数字,到底管理了多少人,销售额是多少等等。 ⅵ在同一公司的业绩中,不必拘泥于时间顺序,而应秉持"重要优先"的原则。例如,在成就里可先写最重要的成就;在职责里可先写最高的职位,不要拘泥于倒序或正序的方法。关键是要使雇主在短短几秒钟之内就发现您的最高卖点。 ⅶ接受培训的内容可放在每个公司的后面。我们认为培训是公司内部的,与公司业务有关,不是education的一部分。 8)五个避免 ⅰ长句:没有人愿意看太冗长的句子,雇主只是在扫描你的简历。 ⅱ缩写:因为外行人往往很难看懂,不要先入为主的认为别人能猜到或者能查到你用的缩写。 ⅲ"i" (我):因为正规简历多用点句,以动词开头,是没有"我"的。当然若在公司简介中一定要用到一两次,也不是完全不可以。 ⅳ不利因素:我们讲过简历的原则是不要撒谎,但不写不等于骗人。 ⅴ"reference available upon request":这个短语的意思是如需证明,可提供见证人。但在现实生活中,招聘人员认为任何人都能随便抓来一两个见证人应急。而且如果你在简历中也没有写上他们的名字及联系方法,这句话则完全是多此一举了。上:护理学面试工作简历模板下载

如何揣摩面试官心理
面试在招聘中的作用已越来越重要,几乎每一个稍微好一点的工作都要经过面试才可能获得。实际上,面试也是供需双方心理上的较量。作为应聘者来说,了解对方的心理特征,做到“明明白白他的心”,就能变被动为主动。因此,适当学习些心理学,掌握面试考官的基本心理特征,有准备、有针对性地参加面试,对提高应聘的成功率是大有好处的。根据笔者了解,面试考官有这么三个基本心理特征应聘者应当掌握,即最初印象和负面加重倾向,雇佣压力和暗示,赏心悦目。
最初印象和负面加重倾向
国外有学者研究后得出结论,至少有85%的考官在面试真正开始前,已根据应聘者的应聘资料对其产生了最初的印象。最初印象对面试的过程和结果有着十分重要的作用。根据心理学的原理。如你给人留下的最初印象不好,那么要改变这种印象将是很困难的,这就是负面加重倾向的作用。了解了考官的这一心理特征,我们就应当认真准备自己的应聘资料,尽可能让自己的缺点和不足被优点和特长所掩盖。当然更不要因为自己的穿着打扮、面试开始时的一举一动而给考官留下糟糕的印象。
雇佣压力和暗示
这里所说的雇佣压力,是指考官面临完成招聘任务的压力。考官的雇佣压力对应聘者来说是个机会。有人曾作过实验,告诉其中的一组,他们离完成招聘任务的指标还相差很远;而对另一组的人说,他们已快完成招聘任务了。
结果,被告之离招聘任务相差甚远的那组,对应聘者面试的评价,要远高于另外一组。当然,应聘者较难知道考官的雇佣压力,但是,在面试中,考官完全可能无意识地流露出这种情绪。由于急于完成某岗位的招聘任务,考官可能无意识地用暗示来表现这种情绪,甚至主动引导应聘者正确回答问题。
比如,他们会说:“在外语上,你应该没有什么问题吧”,“根据你的经历,对某技术问题可能不成问题吧”等等。在大部分情况下,暗示不会这么赤裸裸,而是会有点隐蓿?热纾?脊偃衔?愕幕卮鹗钦?肥保??崦媛段⑿γ?蚯崆岬氐阃贰2皇?被?匕盐湛脊俚墓陀堆沽γ?笆钡亟幼“凳荆?⒀刈耪馓趼纷呦氯ィ?憔涂赡艽锏侥康摹?/p>;
赏心悦目
这里所说的赏心悦目不仅是指应聘者的穿着打扮,而更强调的是求职者在应聘时的眼睛、面部表情。有研究表明,那些善于用眼睛、面部表情,甚至简单的小动作来表现自己情绪的应聘者的成功率,远高于那些目不斜视、笑不露齿的人。
有一项对52名人力资源专家进行的实验。这些专家被分成两组,一组观看的是一个有许多眼睛交流、显得精力旺盛的应聘者的录像,结果,26个专家中有23人邀请这个应聘者再次参加面试;另一组专家观看的是一个很少有眼睛交流动作,表现得没有多少活力的应聘者的录像,结果26个专家中没有一个人请他参加下一轮面试。上:应届生英文简历模板下载
