1.求职邮箱如何管理
虽然只是一个小小的邮箱,却是我们求职路上的必备工具,因此要精心包装:
(1)邮箱的选择,选择一个比较正式的偏商务性质的邮箱,尽量避免使用偏娱乐性质的邮箱。当然,这里最好的选择是比较常用的邮箱,因为只有常用的邮箱才不会让你错过任何一个机会。
(2)给邮箱起名字,写简历,有一个最简单的窍门,就是对照着用人单位列出的职位招聘要求来写简历。用e-mail发出的简历在格式上应该简洁明了,重点突出,因为公司通常只看他们最感兴趣的部分。
建议直接将个人姓名作为发件人昵称。这样对于hr来说,易记易查找,更有利于招聘公司辨认整理你投递的资料。
其次,由于每天都有大量的应聘信件,放眼望去,满目的“应聘”字眼。想要在第一眼就和hr对上,建议在邮件主题上做点文章,突出自己的应聘优势。如要应聘的是市场部经理,对方要求是最好有4a广告公司经验,而你正好有,那么在邮件主题上就加上“具有5年4a广告公司市场部管理经验”。

2.简历要不要以附件形式发送
对于投递简历到底以附件的形式发送,还是以邮件正文的形式发送,不同的hr可能有不同的要求和习惯。一方面,很多公司的hr每天要查阅成百上千份简历,如果简历作为附件发送,很有可能因为下载不便而被暂时搁置,导致最后被遗忘。另一方面,一些公司的hr习惯先建立简历库,把所有简历下载归类后再分别筛选,便于保存。这样也有可能错失机会,所以在此建议求职者在投递简历时将简历同时作为正文和附件发送。
3.调整简历版式
不管是正文里面编辑还是使用word附件,都要认真的排版。很多邮箱都提供了信纸模板,也不需要特别复杂的效果和版式,看起来简洁清晰就行了。word简历也是,一般一两个页面,运用表格把个人资料排版好即可。现在很多公司都对应聘者的office软件使用有要求,如果你简历里面写自己是如何的精通,却呈现给hr一个没有排版或是排的乱糟糟的word简历,结果可想而知。
4.求职信撰写有技巧
求职信有一个大忌,即“一视同仁”。有的人图省事,所有职位都投递相同的求职信。对于眼光犀利的hr来说,这样“一视同仁”的行为是对所求职位的不重视。建议求职者至少每一个方向的职位套用一封求职信模板。

5.发求职邮件掌握好最佳时机
求职信发送时间也是颇有讲究的,建议求职者遵循以下几点来把握发送时间:
(1)大部分邮件都是在1小时内被阅读的,超过4小时,你的邮件可能永远不会被对方打开;
(2)下午5点,也就是下班前夕发邮件,阅读率非常低,人们忙着吃饭、回家;
