(2)应聘职位 job objective
在你将个人简历给人才交流中心、人才交流会、劳务人才集市或常设劳务中介机构时,务必写出自己所希望获得的职位。在一些招聘广告中,往往一个单位同时招聘多种职位的人才,这时也应当注明应聘职位,让招聘者一看就一目了然你想应聘何种职位。如果一个招聘广告只招聘一种人才,个人简历中便可省略此项,只需在求职信中提一句就行。
(3)工作经历 work experience
a. 工作经历书写的顺序:一般来说,目前的工作写在前面,以前的经历依次写在后面。如果以前的工作和你现在应聘的工作关系比较密切的话,就先写那次的工作经历,而且要写得比其它经历更详细。
b.工作经历通常包括下列内容:

在工作经历中写清楚你曾担任的职位、负责的业务和取得的业绩是非常重要的,因为这将体现出你是否具备目前应聘的职位的任职资格。如果工作经历较多,以前的经历只需写明职位就行,不必写出具体的职责,而现在工作则应详细说明。不过,假如现在的工作和你所应聘的新职位关系不大,而以前的某次经历又与你所应聘的新职位关系密切,那么就必须将那次经历的职位,职责和业绩都写清楚。例如:

中国式英语简历常见的五个错误
中国式英语指的是中国的英语指英语学习和使用者由于受母语的干扰和影响,硬套汉语规则和习惯;中国式英语简历指的是求职者不遵守英语简历的格式要求,仅仅是通过硬性翻译来写作英文简历。以上两种,都是不喝规范、不符合英语文化习惯的畸形英语,对于求职者来说,这样的内容,不单不能起到促进作用,反倒会拖累你找工作的步伐。
中国式英语简历的错点,多集中在格式和语法上。而其中,细分下来,求职者在写作简历时最常犯的错误有以下几点:

面试求职不得不掌握的心理攻略
在进行面试的时候,相对来说,我们处于弱势地位,因此如果能在面试的过程中掌握主动权,无疑对于成功就有了更大的把握,因此,在面试之前我们首先要学习的就是心理攻略。
准备、准备再准备
你当然不会毫无准备地就去面试。不要告诉我,你连该公司的背景、要应征什么职衔也搞不清楚就胡乱地寄简历而要求面试了。注意:也不要只因收到了面试通知书,就抱着骑驴找马的态度去应征工作,即使你真的侥幸得到了该工作,也不会是你感兴趣的。收到了面试通知书,相信我,这才是你挑战的开始。很多面试者未战先衰,是因为他们都抱着像去参加什么新秀大赛、什么偶像选拔之类的比赛态度,自己就因那半斤八两的根基,纯属是因为碰个运气而随便出席面试。先不谈其他因素,就针对你面试前的准备功夫谈起。
计划你的策略,把所有极可能被问的问题与挑战勤加以练习、练习、再练习!是的,你必须要准备、准备再加以准备!你要比想像准备的还要更多,没有其他让你更熟练面试的方法了。
你必须清楚知道你要什么
你必须了解你面试的问题极大可能也可以是根据你的简历而发问的,所以你必须把你的工作宗旨与目标也纳入你的简历书,就是在你的简历中可以放进一个叫job objective或career objective一栏,当然别忘了相关的经验与教育背景等。如果你有调整你简历的习惯(我当然相信你也会有这种做法,因为我知道你会“不择手段”地调整你的简历,而配合你的面试需求。)那就记得把你的简历背景与资料给牢牢地记住。如果你的简历不是瞎扯的话,我相信你应该不会直到“背熟”才知道里面的肉容。你必须要清楚知道为了什么而来,你其实是要做什么的,否则,你什么都不会得到。千万不要让公司对你有这样的看法:原来这个人来面试是不知道自己来做什么的,那等你想到你要什么再来吧!不过你再也不会有另一次机会了!
你必须在面试时适时地“放话”
你必须要适当地把推荐自己的话很技巧性地传达出去,但不要把自己弄到好像很刻意地推荐自己似的。举例:如果你是一位已进修的保险从业者,你可以在面试的时候说:“在我考获cfp之后也考得rep的时候,我的业绩已经达到将近百万元的骄人成绩了……”这样的对话就有事半功倍、一举多得的功效了,因为这句话充分地反应了你在拼业绩之余,也不忘了进修。
其实很多雇主在面试时不会清楚地阅读你的简历,所以你可以用这样的“放话”来达到你的目标。当然,请你把你的“放话”处理得有条有理,不要谎话连篇。记住,说实话才是诚信的保证,你不需要用更多的谎话以弥补你更多的谎话漏洞!
你必须知道你的长处与“夸大”后的后果
在面试时,也难免会遇到针对你的优点与缺点的状况式问题,又或者怎样用你的长处为公司效劳与贡献等之类的问题。你必须针对你的工作范例,想一想你相关的长处。我相信,公司会很乐意地知道你怎样用你的长处为他们做出贡献的。记住,不要太夸大你的长处,如果你有做到第一攻略所谓的“准备、准备,再准备”的练习的话,那你也必须准备为你的夸张简历负责!举例:你应征一位推销员的工作,你说出了这样的长处:“我会观察顾客的性格、心理与需求,来预测到底我能不能即时成交。”如果你说了这样的优点,那拜托你有心理准备被面试官这样回问:“那么你认为我的性格怎样,我的心里在想什么?我的需求是什么呢?”如果招架不住,那就选择不要太夸大你的过去,适可而止吧!否则,你只会越描越黑!
把你的弱点化为优点
这是一个取巧成分相当高的问题。“请问你认为你的缺点是什么?”如果你知道你什么缺点都没有,或者你已经拿起挑战把缺点转为优点了,所以下来就要看看有什么挑战之类答案的话,那我劝你准备收拾行李好了,因为这些答案是无法突现你的特别之处,反而把你的丑陋给显现了出来。这个问题的重点,不是刁难你,而是测试你到底了解自己多少。我相信连公司主管也了解到,世界上是没有十全十美的员工,之所以这样,把适当人选放在适当的工作岗位才是他们的工作。
所以,你的答案当然也可以参考第三攻略,就是“放话”。你可以坦然地针对你的弱点面谈,可是别忘了强调你从中得到什么收获与正面的意义,这些收获才是你的价值!
如果你是被解雇,不要太自责,坦诚面对就可以了
如果你不是因为自己的问题而被解雇的,你可以坦然地面对你的遭遇,不要处理得让别人认为你是有问题的一群。你可以强调事后所学习到的启示,就会减低别人不必要的偏见。举例:“我对公司的解雇感到悲哀,因为我了解到要接受现今商业的经营方式,就必须承担随时有可能因公司萎缩而突然下岗的结果。这是应该得到体谅的。”这样的问题处理方式就显得大方得体得多,而不需为你的解雇“画蛇添足”。
让自己有明确的处事标准
面试的尾端,公司都希望看到聘请的职员日后会怎样面对自己所不能胜任的工作的处事态度。让他们看到你在未来的应对挑战,就是让你继续在公司发展的重要条件。所以针对你能力范围内所不能胜任的事情,不要转弯抹角,也不要因为要让别人有所期望而吹牛。坦白地说出来对你绝对是诚信的表现,以下这番话都会有帮助的:
“我会把我不能胜任工作委任或向有能力的人请教。”
“除非我对这个个案有百分之百的把握,否则我不会轻易地毛遂自荐。”
“我承诺会不断地争取日后学习与成长的机会。”
“我不会把工作的重点放在毫无意义的业务上,以确保我不会重犯不必要的错误。”
别让薪水标准的问题难倒你
“你觉得我们应该付多少薪水聘请你?”这显然是很多面试者的死穴问题。
你必须了解公司绝对不会用高薪聘请一位新手,他们只会为你的价值给予你适当的价码。而你的价值是从你的工作能力与热忱完全体现出来。很多的状况,除非你是特别的出众,你非得在特定工作要求工作。但是,你是否可以在特定的工作要求得到你所值得的薪水,则要靠你的说服力了。你必须运用你的知识与经验说服面试你的人,并达成共识。必要时,请你适度地突显你过去曾经有过的骄人成绩。问到你的薪水要求,如果你熟悉行业的薪水标准,你可以勇敢地说出你的要求。如果你愿意接受一个较低的薪水,你可以说:“如果长期的工作环境具有让自己突破的可能性,我不会介意接受比过去较低的薪水。”或者说:“我会时时刻刻地让自己不断学习,确保自己可以随时改变自己而适应公司,迎接事业发展的每个阶段,并与公司的脚步齐迈进。”这样的回答就不会有尴尬之嫌了。上:应届生英文简历模板下载免费下载
