面试避免出洋相的面试技巧:
好工作越来越难找,除了准备一份足够吸引别人眼球的简历,如何能在面试中脱颖而出?至少应避免以下常见的10个错误:
夸夸其谈。首先谈得太多,就不能在回答问题中直中要害;其次容易造成刻意粉饰或者不懂装懂的印象。
蹩脚的握手。如同开场白一样重要,握手可以在第一时间传达自己。姿势和力度都应恰到好处,肢体语言往往直接泄露很多的秘密。
负面评价现任或前任的老板。即使抱怨的理由再充分,当表现出对前任老板的不尊重时,面试官会自然联想到今后你对他的评价。所以,万一被问到“你如何评价你现任或前任的老板?”这类问题,事先有所准备绝对不是一件坏事。
得罪面试接待人员。接待人员每天要接待很多面试者,即使对方态度冷漠,你还是不能以牙还牙。
迟到或者太早到。提前10分钟到,即表现出对面试官的尊重,也表达出自己的时间也很宝贵,具有正确的时间观。
在第一轮面试中询问薪酬,休假和其它福利信息。如同售货员通常不会在你买东西之前就询问你的信用卡信息,最好在双方都有明确意向后,再谈此类问题。

不能适应面试风格。面试官的面试风格因人而异,应随时调整并适应对方的风格。如果对方非常严谨,就不要乱开玩笑;如果对方喜欢直截了当,就不要拐弯抹角。总之,让交流变得舒服和自然。
眼神交流太少或太多。太少的眼神交流代表了不自信和冷漠,但要是一直紧盯着对方,对方会觉得不自然。如果没有把握找到平衡,先找个朋友练练。
