记者在采访中发现,hr经理最头疼的就是处理大量的无用简历,说其无用是因为其经历和专业与所报职位极其不符,完全是在撒大网撞运气。杨小姐说:“我们筛选简历的原则是与招聘职位要求基本相符。公司对所需人才的要求反映在了对招聘职位的描述中,其实这些描述可以反映一个公司企业文化内涵的某个方面。应聘者应注意这些内容,自身条件与公司对招聘职位的要求差得太远,就没有必要投简历了,即使投递了简历也是浪费双方的时间和精力。”她总结,得到面试机会的简历的共同点应该是:首先自身条件与招聘职位要求基本相符;其次是既有理论知识又有实践经验,即有工作经验的会优先考虑。
现在乱投简历这一现象已经逐渐好转,他认为,找自己符合的岗位要特别注意硬件条件,学历和经验都要符合公司要求,而对一些细节,如在大公司内担任管理职务等要求比较细的条件也不能忽视,以免做无用功。
不同人群侧重点不同
hr关注简历时候,也会因为招聘职位不同关注的侧重点也不同,如果你恰好属于其中一种人群,就要着重注意简历中的相关部分了。杨小姐介绍,因为不同的职位对人员的素质要求是不一样的。她说:“比如对专业技术方面的管理人员,我对其知识背景、管理背景、实践经验等都会关注,而对于一个普通的专业技术人员我可能更多关注的是他的实践经验,其次是他的知识背景。有些特殊职位还会特别关注应聘者的性格特点等。”
对大学生和有经验的人关注点也不同,大学生的成绩虽然不是重点,但也是hr考查学生是否有学习能力,对工作和学习的态度是否认真的重要依据。学历也是考查大学生的一个关键,而对于实习经验只要有就可以,不用多也不能杂,要做到适度。对于有经验的人来说,曾经工作的公司和从事的职务,包括工作业绩都是考查重点。

细节反映态度,态度决定一切,一些不被注意的细节往往会直接断送求职者的前程。赵复成说,有些简历连性别和联系方式都没有,这虽然是一些小的细节,但反映了求职者的认真程度和做事情的专心程度。而一些错字和病句,虽然不是很重要,但起码在说明求职者不够重视的同时,也反映其文字能力不是很强。杨小姐表示有的应聘人员的简历对自己工作经历的时间编排无次序,反映了应聘者在日常工作中的条理性较差和工作不够细致。有的简历中时间上出现重复或交叉,这会让人对简历的真实性持怀疑态度,这些都有可能直接导致简历无法通过“海选”。

面试考核测评十二点注意事项
从理论上讲,面试可以测评应试者任何素质,但由于人员甄选方法都有其长处和短处,扬长避短综合运用,则事半功倍,否则就很可能事倍功半。因此,在人员甄选实践中,我们并不是以面试去测评一个人的所有素质,而是有选择地用面试去测评它最能测评的内容。
面试测评的主要内容如下:
1、仪表风度
这是指应试者的体型、外貌、气色、衣着举止、精神状态等。像国家公务员、教师、公关人员、企业经理人员等职位,对仪表风度的要求较高。研究表明,仪表端庄、衣着整洁、举止文明的人,一般做事有规律、注意自我约束、责任心强。
2、专业知识
了解应试者掌握专业知识的深度和广度,其专业知识更新是否符合所要录用职位的要求,作为对专业知识笔试补充。面试对专业知识的考察更具灵活性和深度。所提问题也更接近空缺岗位对专业知识的需求。
3、工作实践经验
一般根据查阅应试者的个人简历或求职登记表,作些相关的提问。查询应试者有关背景及过去工作的情况,以补充、证实其所具有的实践经验,通过工作经历与实践经验的了解,还可以考察应试者的责任感、主动性、思维力、口头表达能力及遇事的理智状况等。
4、口头表达能力
面试中应试者是否能够将自己的思想、观点、意见或建议顺畅地用语言表达出来。考察的具体内容包括:表达的逻辑性、准确性、感染力、音质、音色、音量、音调等。
5、综合分析能力
面试中,应试者是否能对主考官所提出的问题,通过分析抓住本质,并且说理透彻、分析全面、条理清晰。
6、反应能力与应变能力
主要看应试者对主考官所得的问题理解是否准确,回答的迅速性、准确性等。对于突发问题的反应是否机智敏捷、回答恰当。对于意外事情的处理是否得当、妥当等。
7、人际交往能力
在面试中,通过询问应试者经常参与哪些社团活动,喜欢同哪种类型的人打交道,在各种社交场合所扮演的角色,可以了解应试者的人际交往倾向和与人相处的技巧。
8、自我控制能力与情绪稳定性
自我控制能力对于国家公务员及许多其他类型的工作人员(如企业的管理人员)显得尤为重要。一方面,在遇到上级批评指责、工作有压力或是个人利益受到冲击时,能够克制、容忍、理智地对待,不致因情绪波动而影响工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韧劲。
9、工作态度
一是了解应试者对过去学习、工作的态度;二是了解其对现报考职位的态度。在过去学习或工作中态度不认真,做什么、做好做坏者无所谓的人,在新的工作岗位也很难说能勤勤恳恳、认真负责。
10、上进心、进取心
上进心、进取心强烈的人,一般都确立有事业上的奋斗目标,并为之而积极努力。表现在努力把现有工作做好,且不安于现状,工作中常有创新。上进心不强的人,一般都是安于现状,无所事事,不求有功,但求无过,对什么事都不热心。
11、求职动机
了解应试者为何希望来本单位工作,对哪类工作最感兴趣,在工作中追求什么,判断本单位所能提供的职位或工作条件等能否满足其工作要求和期望。
12、业余兴趣与爱好

面试必知的回答方法,语言技巧
一、“以我为轴”的夸夸其谈
面试中对自己经历及能力的表述简明扼要,适可而止,千万不要像像开话匣子般没完没了地夸夸其谈,自吹自擂,甚至主次不分地“以我为主”。求职者要讲究实在,言简意赅,不可大包大揽地做太多的口头承诺,说得太多了容易引起考官的反感。先定位好你面试中的角色,绝对要避免以我为轴的问题。
考官在面试时往往要求你当场表现自己的才艺,你姑且可以谦虚地一试,但休要还没动手,那张嘴就迫不及待地声称这事没问题,那事很容易。有夸海口之嫌的话在求职面试场合,一定要慎出。不错,负责招聘的主考官很注重对你能力的评估,但面试时他更会对你抱着谨慎的态度,意在让你充分展示自己。这时,如果你想把考官“侃”晕,东拉西扯,尽说些不着边际的话题,甚至大肆吹嘘“关系网”,还自鸣得意,生怕别人不知道,你有多大的能量,那么主考官一定会认为你这个人只会拉大旗做虎皮,浅薄至极,能力也“不过如此”。
二、迫不及待地抢话或争辩
有的求职者为了获得主考官的好感,就会试图通过语言的“攻势”来“征服”对方。这种人自我表现欲极强,在面试时根本不管主考官究竟买不买他的账,没说上三句两句话,就迫不及待地拉开“阵势”,卖弄口才,力求自己在“语机”上占上风,在事理上征服对方。主要表观在抢话、插话、争辩等方面。
不能说爱抢话或爱插话者都是浅薄者,但人们往往非常讨厌这种“不管嘴”现象。插话、抢话的“下步棋”无非就是争论或争辩。但面试谈话如果变成争论或争辩的话,这样的面试还叫面试吗?有一个求职者在谈话中一直用争辩和反驳的语气:“为什么不是这样!”“我有我的见解,不管你怎么想。”这种争辩或许能表现出你的才智、机灵、推理能力和说服能力,你可能在某个细节上辩回了面子,殊不知就在你“过了口瘾”的同时,主考官从大局考虑,为了单位将来能得安宁,已经放弃对你的录用了。
三、关键时刻反应木讷
沉默是金?对不起,在求职面试场合,你可别被这种矫枉过正的说教给误导了。主考官提出一些很关键的问题时,如果你也“惜言如金”,那你还面什么试呢?主考官定会认为你这叫反应木讷、迟钝。如果你给主考官留下的是这个印象的话,那么可以说你的求职使命将就此宣告失败,因为没有任何一家公司愿意录用反应迟钝的人。“少言”是必要的。但比“少言”更有必要的是“慎言”,而不是“不言”!面试却“不言”,当然就是木讷、迟钝。尽管木讷、迟钝者和那些夸夸其谈者的反差明摆着,但同样也不可能成为一个称职的好员工。求职面试的目的是要让用人单位考核自己,你羞羞答答地不张嘴说话,人家又怎么考核你呢?上:艺术设计英文简历模板下载word格式
