1.请自我介绍。

2.你为何会辞职?
辞职动机可以告诉hr,你的职业价值观,和哪些因素会影响你的工作稳定性。这是非常容易回答“出错”的问题。你需要积累经验。
3.你的优点和缺点是什么?
对于优点,不必谦虚,直接说就好了。至于缺点,现在很有趣的现像是,即使你回答的是你真的缺点,面试官也会说:这个缺点谁都有的,这并不能算是你的缺点。有几次我是在说自己真的缺点,但面试官还是那么说的。
4.你对本公司和本职位有什么了解?
尽量的研究jd和从猎头那里得到的消息,找到与你之前工作经验相关的部分。你把jd打印出来贴在墙上一点也不过分,若这份工作能让你的薪水翻几番。
5.你为什么觉得你适合此职位?或你能给我们公司带来什么?我们为什么应该雇佣你?你为何要应聘这个职位?
直接表达你的意愿就好了,重点是你能给公司带来什么,当然也要表达你能从这个职位当中获得什么,因为hr不会相信哪些高级职位会招聘到完全贡献,愿意牺牲自己应得利益的人,这也是一种不成熟的表现。“我进公司主要是为了学习,工资多少我不在乎”这种句型只适合应届毕业生,和一些低级职位的应聘。但通常你只很直接地说出一个答案:因为薪水,是非常糟糕的答案,除非你能告诉公司你为什么值得这个薪水。如果是猎头推荐的职位,在有些情况薪水是已经谈好的,没有必要再提。同时,几乎所有的公司都会尽可能把每个职位定在最可能低的水准,如果你只回答是因为薪水,这会让你非常掉价,因为公司通常是愿意要招聘到物超所值的人,而不是仅仅刚够到最低工资水准的人。上:编辑个人英文简历模板

怎样买对面试难题
1.封闭型提问
例:你愿意做工程师还是市场开发人员?
分析:问题答案具有确定性和唯一性,应试者只能做既定性的回答,不应加以随意发挥。
出招:这种问题回答力求简洁,明白,一般不需作过多的补充和修饰。
2.开放型提问
例:你的性格特点是什么?善于与人相处吗?
分析:提问具有发射性和灵活性,应试者可以根据自己的实际情况作出较为自由的选择和回答。
出招:小心!这类问题很关键。回答得好坏,直接关系到录用与否。而且这些是你事先可以准备的。同时,这类问题,回答得好,就是绝好的表现自己,推销自己的机会,可以令面试官目相看,顿生爱才之心。
3.假设型提问
例:如果让你来当我们公司的总经理,首先你会做几件事?
分析:这都是假设性的情况,目的是考察应试者的想象能力,原创能力。解决或处理突发情况的能力。
出招:面对这种问题,切忌长时间的沉默,但也不要不经考虑急于回答。需要对问题的关键部位进行详细分析,提出切实可行的解决方法。不过也不要做长篇大论。
4.控制型提问
例:你以为我们的改革怎么样?
分析:面试官对提问问题答案有一定的倾向性,希望能得到符合他的心意的回答。
出招:聪明的你,可以顺水推舟,给面试官一个较为满意的回答,但若你对这家公司的改革确实有意见,而且有特殊的理由,倒也可以谈出自己的看法,令面试官觉得耳目一新,出奇制胜。否则,还是夸夸他他吧。很多的时候,领导者是需要赞赏的!
5.否定型提问
例:我们要求的都是大学本科以上学历的,你只是专科,恐怕不合适吧?
分析:这其实是面试官故意为之,目的是通过指出应试者的薄弱之处,使其陷入一种困境,考察在这种极端情况下,应试者的心理承受能力。
出招:切记大吵大闹,甚至拂袖而去,这样只能反映出自己没有修养。只要你相信自己行,你就行。表达出这种自信,努力扭转颓势。
6.连珠型提问
例:你喜欢读书吗?业余时间都读什么书?经济类的书读得多吗?哪一种管理理论你较为欣赏?
分析:面试官力图通过这一系列的问题,深入了解应试者某一方面的情况。
