呈现频率最高的问题
每次去公司面试,无论是什么方式的企业,考官提问的第一句话简直都是让应聘者做一个冗长的自我引见。在我阅历的面试中,这似乎成为了一道主餐前必备的开胃菜,呈现率高达95%。可不要小看这短短的自我引见,由于如今的面试大多采用全英文的交流方式,因而,很多考官把这段引见作为权衡求职者英文和口语程度的重要的目标。规范的发音,沉稳的节拍再加上适当的措辞,很能够一开端接就考官留下一个很好和印象分。所以,我觉得越是看似普通的问题,就越应该仔细看待。
最令人为难的问题
成果向来是公司择人的重要规范之一,因而面试时考官通常会问一些有关学习的问题。假如你的学习成果鹤立鸡群那自然很好应付,不然,这样的问题往往会令你十分为难。诸如为什么你的大学成果中等或偏下,为什么会有不及格或重修的课程等等,假如事前没有预备的托词,就只要憋在那儿哑口无言的份儿了。
最幽默的问题
记得有一次在一家跨国公司面试,落座之后,我正欲背诵团体简介,考官却忽然奔出一句话:你先用英文给我一个笑话吧。登时,我惊呆了。面试了这么久,还没听说过要讲笑话的,而且还是用英文。情急之下,我只好努力的回想起一条前几天朋友发给我短信笑话,用疙疙瘩瘩地英文复述了一边。上帝保佑,讲完之后,那考官竟然哈哈大笑起来,我这才松了一口吻。真没想到如今的招聘还要调查我们的洋幽默程度,真让人哭笑不得。
参与面试其实有很多诀窍,在遇到十分棘手和难以回答的问题时,采用这些方法有效地进行“回避”,可达到摆脱困境的目的。 一是采用正反的方法作答。
在面试中常常会被问及选择式的问题,如“今天参加面试的人很多,有二十来岁的,也有三十多岁和四十多岁的,请问你认为最适合这个岗位的是哪一年龄层的人?”这类问题如果求职者作出了任何一种选择,都会被人认为有“看问题比较片面”之嫌,因此上述问题的最佳回答方式是先详细分析各年龄层担任某一岗位的优缺点,当然要言之有据,然后表述自己的观点是:“我认为各个年龄层担任这个岗位各有千秋,不能一概而论,要具体情况具体分析。”这种解决问题的方案在面试技术中称之为“功效为零法”。
二是慎用鲜明的回答。当求职者在尚未完全明确主考官员提问的最终意图时,尽量避免使用“一竿子到底”的语言。
如常有主考官问:“你喜欢挑战性强的工作吗?”这个问题对求职者而言其实是很难回答的,因为接下来并不清楚主考官究竟是打算怎样深入,同时求职者也并不清楚自己所申请的职位究竟属于“挑战性强”还是“相对挑战性少一点的”,因此,比较理想的回答方式是:“很难明确回答,要视具体情况而定,关键在于我的能力是否能承受这样的挑战。” 三是使用模糊语言可以有效地“保护自己”。
常在面试时碰到不少求职者特别是职场新手在回答“你对工资的期望值是多少?”这个问题时不假思索,斩钉截铁地报出一个数字,令人感到“不寒而栗”,正确的方法是先做出思考的样子,然后不慌不忙地回答:“我听别人说这个职位的行情大概是……”这样无论答对答错,都是源自“道听途说”,而非本人的想法。类似的模糊字眼还有“恐怕”“我想大概”、“可能是”等等,总之不能一口咬死。

do your homework before the interview! spend some time online or at the library researching the company. find out as much as you can, including products, size, income, reputation, image, management talent, people, skills, history and philosophy. project an informed interest; let the interviewer tell you about the company.
3. why do you want to work for us?
dont talk about what you want; first, talk about their needs: you would like to be part of a specific company project; you would like to solve a company problem; you can make a definite contribution to specific company goals.
4. what would you do for us? what can you do for us that someone else cant?
relate past experiences that show youve had success in solving previous employer problem(s) that may be similar to those of the prospective employer.
5. what about the job offered do you find the most attractive? least attractive?
list three or more attractive factors and only one minor unattractive factor.
6. why should we hire you?
because of your knowledge, experience, abilities and skills.
7. what do you look for in a job?
an opportunity to use your skills, to perform and be recognized.
8. please give me your definition of a .... (the position for which you are being interviewed).
keep it brief -- give an action- and results-oriented definition.
9. how long would it take you to make a meaningful contribution to our firm?
not long at all -- you expect only a brief period of adjustment to the learning curve.
10. how long would you stay with us?
as long as we both feel im contributing, achieving, growing, etc.
