一月到十一月，每天的盘点，每天的进出货，每天的工作都细致到极处，力求达到一个完美。根据库区的实际情况，制定了自己的盘点计划，每天保证盘点400行以上，一星期内保证对库区所负责商品的全部盘点到位，将安全隐患降低到最小化，来保证库房商品的安全。库房工作，我认为最基础也是最重要的一项就是盘点。商品的安全，对商品型号的熟悉，对商品库存的了解以及商品码放的位置，都在盘点中得到实际收效。便于日常的商品发货核对，以及日常商品进货的合理码放。将盘点落实到实处，才是重中之重。
