自从今年9月份加入公司以来，我的实践工作经验基本上为零，只有对学校教授的理论知识，当我刚接触到这份监理工作的时候，让我吃惊不小，因为实际的工作操作与课本上所教授的有很大的区别。让我一直非常的困惑，但是在部分同事的耐心指导下，我很快的适应了工地的工作环境，也明白了一名工程监理员的工作职责所在工程监理员工作的自我评价范文工程监理员工作的自我评价范文。

经过这3个月工作，我现在已经可以独立的处理一些工程上的问题，对工作图纸的规范性也非常的熟悉，可以自己绘制图纸与分析图纸

对工程程序作出判断。当然，我还有很多的不足，在处理施工单位关系上还需要进一步的提高，团体合作性比较差，需要在以后的工作中进一步的提高自己的能力。

经过这3个月的工作，我为在这家公司公司工作而感到骄傲与自豪，更加希望能够正式成为公司的一员，实现自己的人生目标，体现自己的人生价值。我以后会以谦虚的态度和饱满的热情做好我的本职工作，为公司创造价值，同公司一起展看美好的未来！

本人于xx年xx月xx日成为公司的试用员工，至今试用已满3个月。

作为一名应届毕业生，初来公司，曾经很担心不知该怎么与人共处，该如何做好工作；但是公司宽松融洽的工作氛围、团结向上的企业文化，让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。

自从十一月初进进公司以来，我一直在大岗工地工作，固然监理工作是我以前很少接触过的，但是部分领导和同事的耐心指导，使我在较短的时间内适应了工地的工作环境，也熟悉了作为监理员所要做得事情。

在监理工作过程中，我一直严格要求自己，认真及时做好监理的本职工作；专业和非专业上不懂的题目虚心向同事学习请教，不断进步充实自己，希看能尽早独当一面，为公司做出更大的贡献。当然，初进职场，难免出现一些小差小错，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种题目时考虑得更全面，杜尽类似失误的发生。在此，我要特地感谢总监和同事对我的进职指引和帮助，感谢他们对我工作中出现的失误的提醒和指正。
